1. Return Eligibility Window
Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase for verification purposes.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Certain items including perishable goods, personal care products, digital downloads, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
3. Return Process & Procedure
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within two business days of your request.
4. Product Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return processing.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within five to seven business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method automatically.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product, wrong item shipped, or an error made on our part during fulfillment.
7. Exchange Policy Details
